Dean Dupre, Owner of Champion Tile states that there are many ways of getting hardwood flooring even when sticking to a low budget. There are many options available in the markets which are priced just right. All of these options are not original hardwood flooring but they offer the same look factor at a lower price.
Dupre adds that there are different qualities about hardwood flooring that go beyond the looks, like easy maintenance, stain proof and good ageing. In fact the new types of flooring have a surface finish which allows for easy maintenance. Modern hardwood flooring is not only cheap but the houses with hardwood floors go for a higher price in the resale market compared to homes with carpet flooring.
